Highview hits Casey Fields supporting headspace and youth mental health!

On Sunday 26 November our Highview Crew are taking part in The Casey Stride Fun Run & Walk to show our support for youth mental health, raising much needed funds and awareness towards headspace. We will be rocking our runners as we hit the pavement for this incredible cause committing to either 5km or 10km races – plus some shorter fun options for the kids too!

Please help motivate our Highview Crew and get behind us by making a donation towards our efforts, or come down on the day to cheer us along!

So, why are we doing this? With youth mental health being a pertinent issue in our community, we would love to assist in any way we can. headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25-year-olds.  They help thousands of young people access vital support through services in over 154 communities across Australia, via online and phone counselling services, vocational services, and presence in schools. headspace can help young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, plus work and study support.

And what better way to raise awareness and fundraise for a great cause, than to spend quality time together improving our fitness and health? Check out some of our Highview superstars that will be taking part on the day!
