Our Highview offices reopen on Wednesday 3rd November!

We’re excited to announce that our Highview offices reopen on Wednesday 3rd November – noting there will be changes in the way we operate in-line with Government guidelines & our Highview COVIDSafe plan.

We look forward to welcoming clients back into our offices for their appointments – in the safest way possible!  

To ensure the health & safety of our team, clients & visitors, the following measures will be in place from Wednesday 3rd November to adhere to Victorian Government guidelines.

  • Daily client in-office appointments will be limited.
  • All Personal Tax Return Appointments will remain as Phone Appointments for the entirety of 2021.
  • In line with the Victorian Public Health Order, Highview offices will be open to:
    • People aged 16 years & over who are fully vaccinated
    • People aged 16 years & over who are medically exempt from vaccination; and
    • All young people aged under 16.
  • If you are unwell or have any of the known COVID-19 symptoms, please DO NOT visit our office. Phone us to re-schedule your appointment.

All visitors are required to check-in via the QR code upon entering the premises & provide our friendly receptionists proof of their vaccination status (or proof of medical exemption). We ask that you please treat our team with respect as they follow these guidelines.

We have further COVIDSafe initiatives in place at our offices – as safety is our utmost priority.
This includes social distancing guidelines, limited daily visitors (which includes our team members), increased cleaning in high touch areas, hand sanitiser stations available in all common areas & a preference for card transactions for payments to limit the handling of money.
