From a fresh-faced graduate to newly appointed Partner, Adam Pasquill’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Now, he steps confidently into his next chapter, leading Highview’s Frankston office. With his trademark drive, warmth, and dedication to clients, Adam’s promotion is not just well-earned—it’s a moment we’re incredibly proud to celebrate.
Adam has built a strong and respected career in accounting over the past decade. He began as a Graduate Accountant at a local firm, developing a solid technical foundation. In 2016, Adam joined Highview and quickly became a valued and trusted team member. His dedication to excellence saw him attain CPA qualification in 2019—graduating with Excellence and maintaining a High Distinction average throughout his studies. Through consistent hard work and a driven mindset, Adam was promoted to Associate Partner in July 2022. Reaching this level of leadership within a Top 50 Accounting Firm before the age of 30 speaks volumes about his commitment and talent.
This year, after nearly 10 years contributing to Highview’s growth, Adam embraced an exciting new challenge: becoming Partner at Highview’s newest office in Frankston. Now leading the business’ seventh location, Adam brings passion and vision to this thriving bayside community.
A true local, Adam’s deep roots come from growing up in Frankston. He proudly represented local football clubs—playing junior footy for the Frankston Rovers and later the Bombers as a senior. He remains deeply connected to the community and is committed to giving back to the area that helped shape who he is today.
Adam’s drive has always been about helping others succeed. He’s passionate about supporting small and medium-sized businesses to structure smartly, plan strategically, and stay compliant without the stress. Whether it’s tax minimisation, business technology, or forecasting and reporting, Adam thrives on simplifying complexity and empowering clients to grow with confidence.
Darren Crowther, Senior Partner at Highview Cranbourne, who has mentored Adam throughout his career, is proud to see him step into this new leadership role.

You’d think Adam’s commitment to his work and clients would keep him busy enough. But when he’s not crunching numbers, he’s probably chasing after his two young boys, Logan and Liam, alongside his partner Maree. He’s a proud dad, doting uncle, green-thumbed gardener, and thrill-seeker who recently conquered the Everest Three High Passes Trek in Nepal—a 190km journey that proves he’s not afraid of a challenge.
